Reporting Absences

It is essential that you report your child’s absence from school via email to their class teacher or form tutor before 08:00am on the day that your child is absent. Kindly copy in the Pastoral Team when sending the email.

If we do not hear from you, your child’s absence will be recorded as unauthorised. Unauthorised absences will result in a meeting with the Head of School or Welfare Officer, and frequent or high numbers of unauthorised absences could affect your child’s progress.
